Mission in Iraq
Thank you and Blessing in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord!
Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,

I have received the gift of a Brass Cross and 2x Candle Sticks. I want you to know they arrived on the same
day as a Christ candle from another Congregation.

I and my Unit Ministry teams are overjoyed and blessed by your generosity. Every thime we worship with them
we be in worship with you.

Having these items to worship with here at Camp Victory North in Baghdad makes us feel closer to home. The
fact that these items have been present, as the saints of your congregation worshiped, is a comfort for me.

I will attach a photo showing them in the sanctuary of our new sea hut chapel - Thank you so much.

We ask for your prayers as we continue to work and serve in Baghdad, Iraq. I am sure that you heard of the
violence here but rest assured things are not always as bad or good as news reports say. If you wish you can
find us at this web site: www.353rdfamiliesandfriends.com

Simply keep us in your prayers that God will give us the heart of Christ and that the holy Spirit will direct our
every decision and act.

Tell, Ms. Lori Gale we are grateful for her ministry of service in mailing these items to us - May God bless you
Lori. Your ministry of service is whats keeps a church running - bless you in your service to God's people.

"Now in the name of God the Father who created you, and called you good, In the name of Jesus Christ, by
whose blood you have been claimed. Informed by Scripture. Empowered by the Holy Spirit. Go forth and
reflect the coming Kingdom of God." Amen

Your brother in Christ,
Brenson P. Bishop Chaplain (Lieuteant Colonel) 353 Engineer Group, 1st Cavalry Division
